Author Guidelines

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm compliance with the following guidelines. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision:

  • Prepare the manuscript as per journal template, and a manuscript must between 6000-8000 words including References.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under submission elsewhere.
  • The submission file is in one of the following formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect.
  • All authors have reviewed the manuscript and approved it for submission.
  • The title page is submitted as a separate file in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format.
  • The manuscript follows the stylistic and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author Guidelines.
  • The manuscript file does not include any information that could identify the authors or their institutions.
  • Any third-party materials used are properly credited with appropriate citations, and permission has been obtained from the copyright holder.
  • By submitting to AJOPAC, the authors acknowledge that an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 400 USD will apply if the manuscript is accepted for publication following peer review. 
  • Where AI-powered tools are used, acknowledgment must be given.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the author guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
